Use Mail Forwarding when you move or temporarily relocate to a new address. You can forward your personal or business mail from UniStorage IIUM address to anywhere in the world. Rest assured you’re not missing infrequent mailings such as tax slips, licenses or health card renewals.
We offer 2 types of Mail Forwarding.
Please note that Mail Forwarding service can only be purchased if your original address is in UniStorage IIUM.

Here’s what we don’t forward
- Parcels (for example Xpresspost or Regular Parcel)
- Prepaid envelopes
- Newspapers and flyers delivered by other parties
- Personal mail delivered to a business/institution such as an office building, a hospital or a hotel
- Mail received at a shared postal address (i.e. when the same address is used by more than two businesses)
- Mail through a privately administrated mailbox company
- If you’re expecting parcel deliveries you must advise the sender(s) of your new address, even when you have the Mail Forwarding service in place. For more details, please read the terms and conditions of the service.
How much does Mail Forwarding cost?

Residential
Buy residential Mail Forwarding when your address or personal community mailbox changes. You can’t include a business name in your residential request. Pricing* will vary depending on: how long you want the service, how far you’re moving (within province, across provinces or internationally) and whether it’s a temporary relocation or a permanent move.

Buy business Mail Forwarding when your business location or business post office box changes. Home-based businesses can include the names of 2 individuals that live at the same business address. Pricing* will vary depending on: how long you want the service, how far you’re moving (within Peninsular, across Peninsular or internationally) and whether it’s a temporary relocation or a permanent move.
