You’ll need to get in touch with our UniStorage IIUM support team to find out the location of your community mailbox. Support can also let you know the module number of your mailbox and your compartment number.

Fill out a request form if you’ve moved recently and don’t have the keys to your community mailbox. We’ll provide you with a new set of keys and replace the lock on your community mailbox compartment for free.
